April 2, 2020-because of the Covid-19 virus we are sadly having to cancel our field trips for May 2020.

Country Road Berry's would like to invite you and your group

to come experience our Farm in 2020. Last year we hosted several Elementary Schools, Home  School Groups, Adult Care Homes, Summer Camps, Girl Scout Troops, and After Work Groups of Friends.

Spring Strawberry tours and Fall Strawberry Planting tours are now being scheduled.

From planting, pollination to harvest, children on our tour are bound to learn how agriculture effects their every day lives in addition to a little West Virginia history.

The children will be offered a walking tour of the farm which includes an out house, century old barn, old post office, 130 year old farm house, and century old cellar house. They will be able to see the equipment used in the farming operation and will be able to see the steps taken to plant strawberries.

Each child/person will receive an educational walking farm tour and the opportunity to pick strawberries in the Spring or cut a pile of baby strawberry plants to take home in the Fall. Tours last approximately 90 minutes.

Please contact Angela Born 304-553-5761 (call or text) to schedule your tour. 10 student minimum (but can be flexible).
